How do Horse Cuffs work?

It works in the same way as the dog collar.
When I first started making collars for friends my friend who was using them on her dogs asked if they worked on horses, I said I have no idea.
So she wanted to try it. I made her a long length which she attached to a fly coat on one horse, and not on the other.
Straight away she noticed a reduction in ticks and other insects, then just the occasional tick, she was convinced it worked.
Then one day the length broke so she just tied it around two legs and it continued to work, so after a year together we designed the horse cuff and she has been using them ever since, that was 4 years ago. She gets new ones every year.
The main thing is to keep them on all the time and to keep them clean, this can be difficult with horses that get muddy, so not so good then. But I have another customer who is trying out à string of beads on à bridal, so far so good.
