The EM ceramic anti-tick Horse cuff offers a fantastic natural solution, providing effectiveness comparable to conventional tick treatments without harmful chemicals and side effects. This makes it a safe choice, particularly for horses with allergies or sensitivities. Crafted entirely from natural materials, these cuffs function similarly to Dog Collars by repelling ticks.

Most of my customers find that one cuff is typically sufficient for each horse, positioned around the Pastern area of the leg. However, if you reside in a tick-prone region, you might consider using two.

To measure, please refer to the accompanying photo. Wrap a measuring tape around your horse's leg at the Pastern area, allowing for 1-2 fingers of space underneath; it shouldn't be tight. Since there are no adjustments, accuracy is key. When placing your order, select the measurement that best matches your horse's size.

The cuff can be worn in water, but should not be exposed to chlorine-treated water. If you are using any other products on your horse, ensure they do not come into contact with the beads.

By following these guidelines, (See Here) these cuffs should last 10-12 months.

rinse the collar thoroughly every 2 or so weeks under warm water, scrubbing with a nail brush if necessary, (do NOT use soap or other chemicals.) Then leave to dry in the sun, (the sun helps to regenerate the microbes.) It is very important to keep the beads clean. The collar can be worn when swimming, but not in chlorine-treated water. If you are using any other product on your dog make sure that it does not come in contact with the beads. The EM collar is not strong enough to be used as a collar for a lead, so please do not attach one. There is no 100% guarantee with EM collars or any other tick product, you should always check your dog and yourself after a nature walk. These products are safe for children, but do not let them put them in their mouths. Disposal Instructions

The cork from the collars is biodegradable, Metal clasps can be recycled. EM Beads can be reused in several ways. Composting: Add the used beads to your compost. They will enrich the soil with beneficial minerals. Reuse in the Garden: Use them as a soil amendment by mixing them with potting soil to improve soil structure and quality. Deodoriser: Place the used beads in spaces like cupboards or drawers to continue absorbing odours.
